​​Connor Barrett

Born and raised in Cottonwood, Arizona I'm a proud second-generation Arizonan with deep roots in the Verde Valley. I'm excited to play a role in bringing new energy and excellence to Clarkdale.

Beginning my culinary career at L’Auberge de Sedona in fine dining, I was hooked. My skills creating a cocktail list,  as well as being the sommelier led me on a journey I couldn't imagine.Flagstaff was my next adventure, after several successful years there I relocated to Phoenix. I spent five years designing and operating a variety of innovative restaurant concepts that I love and are thriving today! 

Now I am thrilled to reconnect with old friends and create new memories with our community.
